Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Data Retention

We retain SMS opt-in consent records as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and your number is removed from active messaging lists immediately upon receipt of a valid opt-out.
